We collect information you provide, information created when you use Tochiwo, and technical information needed to operate the service.

• Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, connected Google sign-in details, locale, profile text, avatar, and session records.
• Content and activity, such as prompts, stories, assets, comments, ratings, collections, saves, gameplay choices, drafts, published works, and related metadata.
• Payment and entitlement information needed to process purchases, manage subscriptions, maintain balances or credits, handle refunds, and keep billing records.
• Technical and operational information, such as IP address, request headers, device or browser information, cookies, logs, usage events, errors, security signals, and session interactions used to understand how the application performs.
• Session replay information, which may include clicks, navigation, scrolling, and rendered page content. We configure replay to mask form inputs, but other content visible on a page may appear in a replay.
• Files and media that you upload, create, generate, or choose to make available through the service.

We use information to provide, maintain, protect, improve, and develop Tochiwo.

• Authenticate users, manage sessions, secure accounts, and enforce access controls.
• Create, edit, publish, search, recommend, and display content and public activity.
• Generate, transform, localize, or enhance content with AI systems when you use AI-powered features.
• Operate paid features, subscriptions, balances, credits, limits, support, billing records, and payment reconciliation.
• Detect errors, prevent abuse, enforce limits, moderate content, and protect Tochiwo, users, providers, and third parties.
• Analyze product usage, investigate errors, and improve navigation, reliability, and feature design, including through analytics and session replay.

Tochiwo uses third-party providers to run important parts of the product. Information may be sent to these providers when needed to deliver the requested feature.

• AI providers may process prompts, inputs, files, outputs, and related context for generation, transformation, moderation, or safety features.
• Infrastructure providers may process data for hosting, storage, delivery, queues, logging, analytics, search, and security.
• Product analytics providers may process usage events, errors, device information, and session replays on our behalf so we can understand and improve Tochiwo.
• Payment providers may process checkout, subscription, billing, refund, tax, and payment metadata.
• These providers process information according to their own terms and data practices. We do not control their independent services.

Some Tochiwo features are public by design. Content, profiles, comments, ratings, collections, author information, and related activity that you publish or share publicly may be visible to other users and visitors.

Private or draft content is intended to be visible only to authorized users, but it may still be processed by our systems and service providers to provide the service.
